Effective July 24, 2026
HSE Shadow Echoes respects user privacy. This policy explains how our websites and software products handle information.
Information collected by our apps
Unless a product clearly states otherwise, HSE applications are designed to operate locally and do not collect personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking data.
Local files and permissions
Some HSE applications require access to files or folders selected by the user or detected in standard system locations. Access is used only to provide the requested feature.
Simsanity
Simsanity may request permission to access The Sims 4 folders, including Mods and supported save files. This information remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to HSE Shadow Echoes.
Website data
This website does not intentionally use advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral analytics. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and request time, for security and delivery purposes.
Support communications
When a user emails support, we receive the information they choose to provide, such as their email address, product details, screenshots, or diagnostic information. We use that information only to respond to the request and improve support.
Third parties
HSE Shadow Echoes does not sell personal information. Information is not shared with third parties except when necessary to operate a service, comply with law, or protect users and our systems.
Children's privacy
Our products are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated as HSE releases new products or services. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
